In this context, Real Madrid legend Luis Figo has warned the French forward against risking an early return to play.

Mbappe missed Real Madrid's defeat to Osasuna in February due to a left knee injury, initially diagnosed as a sprain. However, subsequent reports suggested the issue might be more serious, with concerns over a potential partial tear of the posterior cruciate ligament, making the recovery timeline for the 27-year-old star uncertain.
